The purchase would be the latest in a long series of acquisitions of high cost for Facebook, and it is said that the two companies have advanced negotiations and the final purchase can be very close.
I read Facebook hasn't bought it yet because Waze's founders don't want to move their development team to Silicon Valley ¿¿?¿?
